Cleveleys News Review of 2017
JANUARY
The year began pretty much how this one is ending... absolutely flipping freezing. It was so cold the Met Office issued the following warning:

It got so windy here on the Fylde Coast we even made the national media when 'Milo the dog' featured in the Daily Mail:
Things finally started to warm up around Cleveleys and our top tweet was the news that Beyonce released a series of pregnancy photos shot in and around our beloved town:
MARCH
Things got really unbelievably exciting in March when top celebrity Calum Best visited Cleveleys to open a tanning salon that had already been open for weeks already:
APRIL
Things began to hot up in April with temperatures soaring along the coast.
MAY
Local amateur publication The Evening Gazette got all in a lather about 'Fake News', hitting out at 'satire' and hailing themselves as the only true news source. Naturally, we hit back.
More celebrity excitement on the coast as Theresa May visited Fleetwood.
Tragedy as Cleveleys was hit by an oil spill.
Barely recovering from our visit from Calum Best, Hollywood legend Will Smith came to Blackpool and couldn't resist popping into Cleveleys on the way....
SEPTEMBER
A gas explosion in Blackpool was caught on CCTV and Cleveleys News had exclusive footage.
OCTOBER
Prince Harry was the latest celebrity to visit Cleveleys.
NOVEMBER
Cleveleys was hit by severe flooding
But in happier news, Blackpool FC got its best result yet:
The year ended with Blackpool roads turning into hell for locals.
